To enable you to create your website using the Dazeu Builder service, we need to process some information about you. The type of information we collect depends on the Dazeu Builder services you use and how you use them. Information about Dazeu Builder products and devices

We can also make your experience easier, for example, by automatically filling in your registration information (such as your phone number) from one Dazeu Builder product when you sign up for an account on a different product, or automatically populating your registration information when you sign up for one of our customer e-commerce sites.

Additionally, when you comment on someone else's website or react to their content, your comment or reaction is visible to anyone accessing the commented content.

Information about your active status or presence on our products:

People who are part of your network, through registration on your website or additional interaction features, can find indications of whether you are active on our products, including whether you are active on Dazeu Builder or when you last used our products.

We also process information about you through Dazeu Builder Companies for these purposes, as permitted by applicable law and in accordance with their terms and policies. For example, we process information from Dazeu Builder Chat about accounts that send spam on their service so that we can take appropriate action against such accounts across all Dazeu Builder services. We also work to understand how people use and interact with Dazeu Builder Products, such as understanding the number of unique users across various Dazeu Builder company products.

V. What is our legal basis for data processing?

We collect, use, and share data we have in the ways described above:

If necessary to fulfill our Dazeu Builder Terms of Service;
In accordance with your consent, which you can revoke at any time;
If necessary to comply with our legal obligations;

VII. Data Retention, Account Deactivation, and Deletion

We retain data until it is no longer necessary to provide our Dazeu Builder services and products, or until your account is deleted, whichever occurs first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on factors such as the nature of the data, the purpose for which it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, when you search for something on Dazeu Builder, you can access and delete that query from your search history at any time. When you delete your account, we delete the site you have published and its content, such as your photos and texts, and you will not be able to recover such information later. Information that others have shared about you through the features of Dazeu Builder is not part of your account and will not be deleted. If you do not wish to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the Products, you can instead deactivate your account. In response to a legal request, if we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so.
